SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces to be applied must be clean, sound, dry and free from grease, oil, and loosely adhering particles.
DIRECTION FOR USE
AA Flexi Sealer can be easily applied by using a brush or roller. On porous surfaces, dilute with 5% of water for the first coating. For the second coating, apply it undiluted. For optimum protection, a two coat application of AA Flexi Sealer is always recommended. Apply second coat as soon as first coat is tack free.
SUITABLE SURFACES
AA Flexi Sealer can be applied to concrete, brick, blockwork, asphalt, asbestos cement, natural stone, concrete roof tiles, cement render, roof-slates, iron, galvanized steel, etc.
COVERAGE
Each kg of AA Flexi Sealer covers approximately 2 to 3 sq.m per coat depending on the substrates.
